The Oyo State Technical University (TECH-U) Cut Off Mark is the minimum JAMB Score point required for students applying for admission at Oyo State Technical University.

- Direct Entry: Candidates that possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Tech-U Diploma, Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE), eight (8) points in Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJMBE).
- Candidates must have chosen TECH-U as their first choice. However, candidates who didn’t choose TECH-U as the first choice of institution are required to change to the first choice on jamb portal to qualify for the screening.
